Experience:
Jeffrey’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, with extensive expertise in bankruptcy law, company law, contracts, delict, deceased estates, labour law and trusts. Jeffrey appears regularly in High Court proceedings and arbitration matters and has contributed to many reported and noteworthy unreported judgements.
His international admissions in four jurisdictions, has afforded him the experience of involvement in legal matters in various countries, including Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Germany, California, the United Kingdom and Israel, between the years 1999 to 2010.
Throughout his career, he has honed strong skills in legal research, drafting, conceptual analysis, debating and negotiating strengths. He has also taken pride and satisfaction in mentoring candidate Advocates and Attorneys.
