Practice Description & Academic Background:

Masixole completed an LLB degree at Walter Sisulu University in 2017 and Practical Legal Training in June 2018 at East London Law Society. In 2022, Masixole completed an LLM in labour law at University of Johannesburg.

From July 2018 to June 2019, Masixole was a Law Researcher to the former Chief Justice of South Africa, Mogoeng Mogoeng at the Constitutional Court. He also worked as an External Undergraduate Research Supervisor at the University of South Africa from July 2019 to December 2019.

Masixole has litigated in various High Courts throughout South Africa on behalf of commercial, private clients and the State. He has appeared as a Junior Counsel in the High Court and the Special Tribunal with Senior Counsel. Masixole has also appeared in various arbitrations.
